Pofile pictureAMY PRIMMER joined the team at Bodywise Nutrition in 2019. She is an Accredited Practising Dietitian and Accredited Nutritionist. Amy enjoys working with clients to create an individualised plan to help improve their health and wellbeing through food.

Amy has undertaken additional training in eating disorders and has a particular interest in supporting people who suffer from binge eating, poor body image and yo-yo dieting and are feeling frustrated and stuck. If you have an Eating Disorder Care Plan (or even if not) you can get the dietitian support you need with Amy.

Using a non-diet approach Amy helps her clients to improve energy levels, manage health concerns or chronic illness, all while not having to give up the foods they enjoy.

If you have ever siad “I can’t keep xyz in the house or I will eat it” or “I just need more self control” you may be surprised to know that there’s nothing wrong with you and there is a better and more enjoyable way to make peace with food and your body.

Amy prefers a Health At Every Size (R) approach, where the goals are focused on health promoting behaviours rather than on weight loss.

Book an appointment with Amy today if you want some assistance in healthy eating and getting back to feeling great!
