AMY PRIMMER joined the team at Bodywise Nutrition in 2019. She is an Accredited Practising Dietitian and Accredited Nutritionist. Amy enjoys working with clients to create an individualised plan to help improve their health and wellbeing through food.
Amy has undertaken additional training in eating disorders and has a particular interest in supporting people who suffer from binge eating, poor body image and yo-yo dieting and are feeling frustrated and stuck. Using a non-diet approach Amy helps her clients to improve energy levels, manage health concerns or chronic illness, all while not having to give up the foods they enjoy.
